Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Booked Shoots

Key Terms

1. If Graeme Roan needs to cancel the session, then any deposit paid will be refunded within 3 business days.

2. If the Client cancels with more than 7 calendar days notice then the deposit will be refunded. If the Client cancels with less than 7 calendar days notice then the deposit is forfeit and the costs involved in studio time reservations will become owed, which may be more than the deposit paid. 

3. If the Client chooses to reschedule, there is no forfeit if done so with at least 7 calendar days notice. After that, the costs involved in the studio reservation will come due, less any deposit paid. Those studio costs will not be applied to the rescheduled shoot.

4. All payments due will incur a 10% late fee at 30 days past due.
